Re: [Fixed in Version TBD] TV episode playback
Thank you good sir. I'll be patiently awaiting the next release for continued testing. With My Movies deprecating the WMC plugin soon, I imagine CMC's user base will increase in the near future.

Re: [Broken in v6.0] TV episode playback
You're using CCC, correct? If so, I believe the problem is upstream in CCC. I'm not quite sure why it would only affect the first episode per disc, though. Also, just to be thorough, can you post one more screenshot, of S1E2 mapped on the disc? You showed S1E1, but not any others. I'm sure it's map...

Re: [Broken in v6.0] TV episode playback
Wow that was painful. For awhile there I didn't think Gmail was going to upload the attachment, but it has now been sent.

LOL sorry I wasn't more clear. I was trying to use the email option in your profile here in the forum. I don't know your address to use Gmail directly.
Oh, and the file is 18MB zipped... 70MB unzipped. I have a large collection.

Re: [Broken in v6.0] TV episode playback
Pardon me for being dense but I can't seem to figure out how to add an attachment to an email or a PM and it's too large to attach here (18 MB+).

Re: [Broken in v6.0] TV episode playback
That could be where CMC is failing you, if it is choosing to try and play the original disc since you have the episodes mapped, and isn't paying attention to the offline flag. Honestly, it never occurred to me that someone would have offline disc episodes mapped, but I guess sometimes that data com...

Re: [Broken in v6.0] TV episode playback
Hmm... not sure what's unusual about it. I wouldn't know how to play individual episode files otherwise.
But I'm not terribly surprised to discover something I think is normal is actually not.

[Fixed in v7.0] TV episode playback
Hi Paul, For various reasons, I'm giving Chameleon Media Center another shot as my HTPC software of choice. I've read all the documentation and so far mostly everything works well, although CMC does understandably have differences from WMC that will take some getting used to. The only actual problem...

Re: Quick question about metadata
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the excellent, detailed response. The bottom line for me is that it will use my local database and that makes me very happy. I'll be giving CMC another try in the near future.

[Answered] Quick question about metadata
Howdy all, It's been a few years since I played around with CMC but I see that it now uses the MyMovies API for metadata. However, not being terribly familiar with how APIs work, my question is this: where exactly is CMC getting the metadata from? Is it from the MyMovies webservice or from the local...
