Re: [RESOLVED] Movies Not Opening - Full screen not available VLC
Hi colspeed,
That's amazing detective work! I didn't even know VLC had a library feature, so I probably would have failed to help you much. I'm so glad you found the solution, and a big thanks for sharing it back with all of us!!!

Ahhh, yes, firewall config. I had wondered if you were thinking of the firewall tutorials. If that's what you're looking for, you can find them here in the CCC subforum:

Re: Movies Not Opening - Full screen not available VLC
Hi colspeed, and welcome!
Can you post a screenshot of when the error message displays?
I don't believe CMC can generate such a message, so most likely the message is being generated by VLC.
Since you are running Windows 7 and were running WMC, I'm guessing you have a frozen-in-time or hacked ...

Re: Antivirus tutorials missing?
I'm not sure that there are any proper tutorials. I think we had some discussions in various posts.

This is something I will be working on this year, but I currently have a few other projects in the queue before I work on CMC again.

Re: Updater Watched Flag Status Error
Hey Robert,
That was a lot to digest. I appreciate all the screenshots and the detailed write-up. There's quite a bit to discuss here, and you may be mixing up a couple aspects of what's going on, so I'll try to be careful in explaining what I believe has transpired.

Re: Happy Holidays and a question
The known disappearing TV series issue was addressed in CMC v8. This was caused by My Movies changing the TV Series Stars Rating from a 0-10 value (representing 0-5 Stars in half-star increments) to -1. CMC had a bug in that series with -1 values were ignored, making them disappear from the GUI. CMC ...

Re: v8.0 and MM v5.42 Upgrades
I'm still running 5.40, or at least I think I am. I run MM and CCC inside a virtual machine on my NAS server, and the SSD they were on died a few weeks ago, and I haven't recovered yet. (Side rant, that's now 3 dead Samsung SSD's due to bad firmware on the SSD's. I used to swear by them, but I didn ...

First, the UAC / Running as Administrator, I don't recall that being a requirement for CCC. You do have to start CMC in Admin mode in order to reprogram the WMC IR remote control buttons, but beyond that I don't think there's ever a need for it on any other programs ...
