During March 2025, I had issues getting the share to stick when trying to get CCC to install it. It kept disappearing every reboot. I found a couple of commands that should have fixed the issue permanently and the issue kept coming back. I think I had to create the share myself with admin privs ...

JRiver does have a forum. I have the latest version 33 which came out 6 months ago and it works fine. 34 is coming out soon. you can get the beta now for $22

The Jriver install automatically imports all your movie, tv, and music files at the end of the install, I only want to use the Jriver player with CMC and mymovies so I quickly stop the import. I also go to the tools menu selection options + general + setup + importing and tag items to my preferences ...

Powerdvd no longer supports 4k uhd. They removed it in recent versions. The last version of powerdvd that supported 4k uhd was powerdvd 22. Also cyberlink broke powerdvd 22 after september of that year so if you patched it with a patch that was downloaded from cyberlink after september of that year ...

I don't know whether it is possible, but is there a way to add a feature to pause, save the pause position, and resume an audiobook, then close cmc with the ability to to come back to the audiobook later? My audiobook extensions are .m4b
