I apologize for the long delay in getting back to you. Your suggestion about deleting the entry and adding it back solved the issue for me. Thanks for your quick and accurate response.

Thank you for the quick response. The problem was that the user was not actually logged into the NAS's. I had mapped the content folders to drive letters but the user running the export was not logged in so any attempt to access the folders failed. This problem is resolved.
