I can’t add the 2rd screenshot of the window saying about the Netshare folder, even if I crop it

I don’t usually do a unzip but I did this time to see if it makes any difference and thought if had. But it didn’t.
Also i get a window saying about Netshare folder which I never get in Windows 10.
I might leave it and just wait for Windows 12 and just carry on with Windows 10???

It’s gone back again.
When I restart or switch off and go back on, I get the thick black frame again.
