Re: Online/Offline Titles

To answer your question, yes a playable file must be in the folder for MM Browser to display the title. You could do any one of the following as a test: Create a directory named VIDEO_TS Create a directory named BDMV Create a file named Offline.ISO Create a file named Offline.MP4 Create a file named...

Re: Online/Offline Titles

Interesting. Perhaps My Movies does generate folder data for offline titles and I just assumed it did not. I do not have any offline titles myself, so I obviously have made some assumptions here. What I can confirm is that MM Browser will skip any titles (online or offline) if it can't find the play...

Re: Dropped movies in MMBrowser display

I scanned through the log, and I see all 5 monitored folders producing results: Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_U\U_Drive\MyMovies\ Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_W\W_drive1\MyMovies\ Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_X\X_Drive\MyMovies\ Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_W\W_drive2\MyMovies\ Scanning Directory: \\DROB...

Re: Dropped movies in MMBrowser display

OKAY. It appears as though these are box sets that were combined under a different title. I have no idea why the number of movies in MMBrowser has gone down from 2202 to 1198. You beat me by a minute! That's concerning. You don't think 1000 titles mysteriously grouped as box sets, do you? [edit, I ...

Re: Online/Offline Titles

Hi Michael, The free/trial version of MM Browser is 100% functional, only limited in # of titles. MM Browser has been designed to work with online titles. The current version will not display your offline titles. The main limitation here is that My Movies only produces the mymovies.xml files for you...

[CLOSED] Requesting Automatic Display Rate Changing on Disc Play

Recently a user asked if MM Browser could adjust the display's refresh rate, similar to how My Movies WMC Plugin could adjust it. The problem is that while PowerDVD can adjust it, it often chooses undesirable settings. Apparently the My Movies WMC Plugin did a really good job. After a bit of discove...

Re: MM Browser Roadmap

I have begun testing with MPC-HC and MPC-BE, in both 32 and 64 bit versions. Side note, I've been hearing about Media Player Classic for years, and always meant to give it a try. Little did I realize that MPC stands for Media Player Classic... I thought MPC was something new. I am testing with DVDs,...

Re: MM Browser Roadmap

I agree that HPC-HC sounds like a good addition.

I've never used it before, and would appreciate some direction. What is the official website for HPC-HC? Do you know if there is a command line to use it? Documentation?

Thanks,
Paul

Re: XML update and database refresh

Hi Gilles2, This shouldn't be the case, as anything at all that touches the XML files (thereby changing their date) should be caught and processed by the SmartSync. On occasion, things can get a bit out of sync, which is why I gave the ability to do a full refresh from the settings menu. This should...
