Hi Paul
It should overlay like the synopsis information does for consistency. In MM there was no hard edge surrounding the title in the lower left hand corner it was almost like a cloud that surrounded the text if I remember correctly. Any way it should overlay and not disappear completely when I start to scroll through my collection.

Yes, WMC definitely does a better job here. I attempted to emulate the WMC style when I first programmed it, but ran into lots of challenges. What's there now is simply to make it readable, and I have plans to revisit this design element in the future.

Though it is low on my priority list - it may be a while.
