Not looking forward to this.
I did upgrade one of my HTPC to Win11, for better HDR support.

Yes, I heard that they now have a windows hdr calibration app. Only windows 11 though.
Re: Windows 11 - Will you upgrade and will CMC support it?
I thought there were supposed to be major differences in HDR support between 10 and 11. But to me is seems mostly the same, just some stuff moved around. Perhaps some of it was backported to 10.
Not sure about the calibration app, from what I've seen it's just a little slider, and that slider exists for 10 and 11. Maybe there's something more in 11 that I'm missing...

Re: Windows 11 - Will you upgrade and will CMC support it?
The article I read in either PC mag, or PC world said that the 11 version of calibrator is going to be much better than windows 10. They might be referring to the next update which will also require a MS account even with pro. I will try to hunt down that article tonight or tomorrow.
They are going to make a lot of fixes in this update which should have been made when it first came out.

Here is an online article that describes the HDR Calibration tool. It is a new app that may not come out until fall H2 22

Cool, thanks for the info, I didn't know about that.
I'm guessing the 4K HDR Blu-ray calibration disk did more than this MS tool will do, but I'll try it anyway once it comes out.
