I keep getting an error message when I start up CMC that states: Cannot connect to CCC Shared Network folder \\Server-Home\CCC
I have gone into the clients and tested the connections to the server and folder and they don't have a problem. I have gone in and made sure my login credentials are correct in ccc and everything seems to be ok there also.
Any ideas?

Error 1219
Re: Error 1219
could your network share folder have been accidently been deleted recently?
Re: Error 1219
I had a drive pool with a bad hard drive and rebuilt it. I lost The shared folder, but when I rebuilt it, I added it back in.
Re: Error 1219
Well, if clicking the two test buttons results in success for both tests, then this might be a timeout issue. I do have a timeout parameter in CMC you can tweak, adjust it higher to make the connection more robust. The downside to increasing it is that when CCC really is down or unreachable, the higher timeout causes CMC to slow down and become less responsive.
The fact that you lost and re-added the share might also be a clue. But that doesn't really explain why the test button works.
If the timeout tweak doesn't work, then enable Debug Logging, then Save, and Exit CMC. Then restart CMC. Wait a few minutes (for any timeouts to expire and generate errors), then exit and send me the debug logs.

Also, from your description it wasn't exactly clear how you were testing - you need to use the buttons in CMC:

Re: Error 1219
Here's the relevant bit from the log:
The error seems to be that Windows believes this PC is already connected, so it's rejecting CMC's attempt to connect again. The solution might be as simple as rebooting everything.

Re: Error 1219
I re-entered the server credentials into CCC and rebooted the server. The error is still popping up on all workstations.

Re: Error 1219
Are you connecting to the server from the workstations any other way, i.e. manually or with a mapped drive or something like that? I don't know what else you might have running on your server so only you can tell me this.
