Hi Paul,
Good to see your new 2.1 is out. I've been reviewing the added features.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but my 100 movies ending with .ts are not showing up in the library.
Please advise.
Pete

Re: Very 2.1 Trouble finding my .TS movies
Hey Pete,
Did you do a Full Sync?

Yes Paul I did a full sync and also rebooted.
The files are saved like this:
V:\TV Recordings\2012\2012.ts
V:\TV Recordings has been added as a path in the CMC Settings.

Please enable Debug Logging then do another Full Sync. Either post the Debug Logs here or email them to me.
Also, have you added these TS files to your My Movies collection? (that's just a question, I'm not saying it is a requirement)

I'll turn on debugging and send it to you.
Yes, they've all been added to MMCM and Mymovies metadata exits in all the folders where the .ts file exists as well as the appropriate folder.jpg.

Re: Very 2.1 Trouble finding my .TS movies
Thanks for sending over the debug info. I found the problem. I have a function that looks up the file extension and assigns a file type, and I forgot to add the new MPG2, MPEG2 and TS files to that function. I just added a comment to myself in my code to remind me to update that function whenever I add new file types.
I've made the correction, and I see it picking up TS files now. It will be in the next fix release, probably tomorrow.

Your fix worked and I now have all my .ts files appearing in my movie library and they play properly.
Thanks, Pete
