Please complete the following in CMC:
  • Enable the option Settings > Startup & Logging Options > Debug Logging
  • Run a Full Sync
  • Post all of the debug log files that were created in the "Logs" subfolder
I will review the logs you post to determine what is the problem.

Okay, I believe I have figured out the issue. Your My Movies data for Farscape is entered incorrectly.

The first clue is this one, from the CME export log, when you did a Full Export of Farscape. Notice how the Disc Titles do not get exported, so you do not have Farscape configured as a Disc Title. Note that you would use Disc Titles if you had ISO rips:

Code: Select all

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

                                             *************************
                                             * Exporting Disc Titles *
                                             *************************

                                        **********************************
                                        * Finished Exporting Disc Titles *
                                        **********************************

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

In the next step CME exports Standalone TV Series - these are where you do not have the original discs, but rather individual episode files. I would expect to see something like:

..\Farscape - Season One\Season 1 Episode 1 - Premiere.mkv
..\Farscape - Season One\Season 1 Episode 2 - Exodus from Genesis.mkv
..\Farscape - Season One\Season 1 Episode 3 - Back and Back and Back to the Future.mkv

But that isn't what we see at all. Instead, I see a reference to disc ISO files. Also notice that the exact same data, for "Farscape- The Complete Seasons 1-4.*", is exported 5 times - this tells me there are 5 episodes attached to that disc, but since the file names are identical, they all overwrite each other. This is completely wrong.

Code: Select all

                                        **********************************
                                        * Exporting Standalone TV Series *
                                        **********************************

Scanning "Farscape" for unexported Episodes...

       Found Episode: ...\Farscape- Season One Disc 1\Farscape- The Complete Seasons 1-4.ISO
           SAVING: ...\Farscape- Season One Disc 1\Farscape- The Complete Seasons 1-4.mmEpisode.xml

Since you have ISO's, you need to be using the Disc Title feature. Either that, or you need to convert the episodes to individual files, like "Farscape - S1 E1 - Premiere.mkv".

If you look in your My Movies Collection Management, I expect you will currently see something like this:

In the left tree, notice that Farscape has a TV icon beside it. This is for standalone TV Series (not disc based). I've selected S1 E1 Premiere, and in the file path I show an ISO file - THIS IS WRONG. You cannot put an ISO file here, it will not work right.

Since you have Disc ISO's, you need to delete Farscape and start over. Click Add Titles, set the "Type" to Disc Titles, and search for Farscape. Since you seem to have "The Complete Seasons", you will probably chose one of those. Add it Online, set it to the Season 1 Disc 1 folder, and Add to "Owned, For Keeps":

After it is added, you will then need to click the Disc(s) button to edit the disc locations for all your ISOs:

Select each disc on the left, change it to Online (Folder) and assign the correct folder:

That is enough to get Farscape to display correctly in CMC, and play by loading the full disc menu.

If you want to go the extra step, and have CMC play individual episodes directly off your discs, you need to select the Edit Chapters or Episodes for every disc, and make sure each episode is correctly mapped. Hopefully you have Farscape The Complete Series on Blu-ray, as someone has already contributed the episode mappings for that set:

It won't let me do what you say, as it's asking me to add my Farscape folder.
