I could only do 26 attachments, but not sure if that went through?? So I''ll do it on here, but 20 at a time.

strange when its Microsoft's snipping tool I used and I used it before.

I can do it on email by 25 at a time

My apologies. I thought you were using CCC now that you've downloaded v4. My mistake. Based upon the log file, I see you are still using CME.

CME is the old way of exporting metadata, and it can be pretty hard at times. CCC is a lot easier!!! And better!!! I believe it will fix most of the issues you are having (but it won't fix bad My Movies data, if you have any).

CCC is brand new with v4.0. We had talked about this earlier, and you had indicated you wanted to wait for v4 to use it. Perhaps you didn't realize you need to do something different with v4.0.

Please follow the tutorials linked below, beginning with 101 - Introduction to Chameleon CentralController(CCC), and read each chapter and follow the steps exactly. I know it looks like a lot, but it's not hard, and I spell everything out. At the top of each chapter is a TL;DR section in blue that gives a brief summary of the chapter so you can follow and complete it real-quickly. Just read the TL;DR sections and you will be up and working with CCC really quick (you can ignore the rest of each chapter unless you want/need more info):

Paul I've now using the CCC as you said I should be using. All the movie titles are now showing and all the Tv series and also they're showing all the episodes from the server. But there is one or two things. Why do the movies show the titles from Z to A, instead of A to Z?
Also my wireless keyboard stops working. But not too sure if that's your program or something in Windows 10?

Can't post the screenshot on here, as it say's file too large, so I have emailed it to you.

Excellent, I'm glad that CCC has resolved the missing titles issue for you.

Regarding the sort, CMC had about 14 different ways to sort titles. Just select the sort you want.

CMC doesn't do anything to affect your wireless keyboard. Batteries?

Well I had already went through all the Sort Orders, but no difference.

As for the wireless keyboard, the batteries are ok. as I

was using it but it just stopped, so now using my old wired keyboard. must be a new Windows bug???

On the left of each sort option are two arrows, one points up (ascending sort) and the other points down (descending sort).

Choose the up arrow.
