I noticed that the MMBrowserDB.xml has the 2 movies. See attached. Hope it helps.

OKAY. It appears as though these are box sets that were combined under a different title. I have no idea why the number of movies in MMBrowser has gone down from 2202 to 1198.

Missing, or not where you expect it to be?...

In both cases, it appears that these titles are being grouped with other movies.

You beat me by a minute!

That's concerning. You don't think 1000 titles mysteriously grouped as box sets, do you? [edit, I just checked the debug log]

Code: Select all

Evaluating Box Sets:
0 Box Sets found and evaluated
Are you sure a Drobo didn't go offline?

I scanned through the log, and I see all 5 monitored folders producing results:

Code: Select all

Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_U\U_Drive\MyMovies\
Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_W\W_drive1\MyMovies\
Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_X\X_Drive\MyMovies\
Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_W\W_drive2\MyMovies\
Scanning Directory: \\DROBO_Y\Y_Drive\MyMovies\
But I thought you had 6 Drobos, no? No, only 5 at the moment and since mmBrowser started. The 6th one is still offline for reports. There are 4 missing titles from the total fromm last week. I don't know whether this are now bundled with something else, another drobo is having issues, or a mysterious but probably not bug.

Hi Paul,

Yes a box set. They are both in mymovies and under a single title and listed under a bundled title. I've got to get a handle on the way a box set works.

I do know whether this is why the tiles went from 2202 to 1198 but I know it was 1198 a week ago. I just got some time to investigate today and I noticed these titles werereporting as bad xml in the sync file and started to look into it. I had not resynced sine 1/6/2018 until last week.

I have 5 drobos, same as the beginning of MMBrowser. The sixth one is offline still for repairs. I know that I had 1202 titles last week and 4 disappeared to 1197 today. Screwd up the numbers

I don't know if my drobo is having issues the "bad xml file" error came up again during resync and disappeared on the next sync without an update, or if files are being bundled with another title.

No use in debugging further.
