It was announced that Pan's Laberinth is coming to 4k UHD from Warner and New Line in July. No official street date yet

Had I not just picked up Criterion's "Trilogía de Guillermo del Toro" Blu-ray box set a few weeks ago, which also includes Cronos and The Devil's Backbone, I would be all over this. Pan's Labyrinth is definitely 4K HDR worthy, hope they do a good transfer.
