Hi,

I was wondering what tools people use for skinning their icons and other parts of CMC? I noticed that Paul is using photoshop. My version of creative cloud expired a year ago and I can't afford elements at this time.

Are there any good free tools sorta like photoshop that people might possibly use?

Though I don't have experience with it myself, for free GIMP seems to be commonly recommended.
