I managed to run the program but the program shown me error saying connect timed out.

I tried to go through your suggested solution and I only came to Connection timed out. I even tried to make changes on the settings on export screen, the situation still same. I think the program got some connection problem to my server.
So, I tried to change the MYWHS to IP instead. No changes.

I changed the program settings again and discover something new. Now, the program response with different error message. Something like API is meant for professional. This part not quick understand.

Binnerup requires you have to have 2500 My Movies Contribution Points to use the API. Based upon that response, I would say you don't have enough points.
That API response message is out of date, Binnerup really should have changed the wording. You don't have to be a professional, you just have to have 2500 points.

I have learned from your experience and made a few improvements to the next version, CME v1.6.
CME v1.6 will do a quick connectivity check that should indicate an issue in under 5 seconds, versus the 3+ minutes you were experiencing.
If CME doesn't find the My Movies API, the following message is shown:
And if the My Movies API responds with a failed status, CME will show this message:
Hopefully those two messages will help new users get CME up and going faster and with a lot less confusion.
I've also fixed the issue where the buttons don't work after a failed connection, which was really bad if a user configured CME to Auto-run on startup, as you couldn't access the settings anymore to fix anything.
CME v1.6 should be out in early July.
