I'm guessing you meant on a clean install of Windows 10?

okay installed all movie related apps including Mymovies, PowerDVD17, MMBrowser, VCD, MPC-HC and MPC-BE. Everything works fine. The initial MMBrowser issue must have been a corrupted exe. I was surprised to see the popup regarding no digital signature. Never saw that before

Re: Windows 10 April 2018 Update 1803
So I went ahead and upgraded my HTPC to Windows 10 1803, and wouldn't you know it, MM Browser is acting up for me.
When I run MM Browser, the movie covers are not showing. Everything else appears to be working perfectly, it is just the movie covers that are missing. Which makes MM Browser pretty hard to use, of course.
I'm not sure what the problem is yet. Just wanted to put a warning out that 1803 may break MM Browser, though I know a few other users have already made the upgrade without issue.
Since the problem is only affecting me, I should also mention that I upgraded my Radeon drivers from 17.8 to 18.4 just before doing the 1803 upgrade. I've done a bit of testing, and so far I'm thinking it is not the display driver causing the problem, but I can't rule it out.
Haha, never mind, I just found my problem! I had also uninstalled My Movies and SQL Server from my HTPC this morning before installing 1803. Apparently I still had the cover profile set to Plastic, and uninstalling My Movies removed the Plastic artwork, which had the side effect of causing all the covers not to show. When I changed the cover profile to MM Browser, everything worked perfectly again.
Of course, this is a rare scenario, but perhaps I should add some code to default to the built-in MM Browser cover profile if the assigned cover profile goes missing.
Decided to go ahead and share my faux pas, in case anyone else stumbles onto the same issue.

Re: Windows 10 April 2018 Update 1803
Everything seems fine for me. Just had to update the registry with my remote settings as mentioned in another thread. Mymovies and MMBrowser are working fine. I did have issues with windows update that I couldn't fix. I had to revert to a previous windows 10 1803 backup image to fix the problem. Somehow I trampled over windows update installing some apps. Hopefully next month I don't have to redo it all again.
