So if I'm keeping track correctly, CCC resolved all your missing title issues, and now that you've got the titles sorted the way you want, all is good?
By the way, v4.1 is coming out in a few days. With CCC being brand new, we found several issues after it was released. They don't affect everyone, but can cause titles to be missing in rare scenarios, non-ISO media to fail to play, and some movies to play the wrong disc. Most of this stuff is pretty rare, but I wanted to mention it in case you run across any of this. v4.1 fixes all of this and will be a really good release.

Yes everything is showing up, even the tv series that haven't been added back to the servers.
(Lost everything a few months ago, as I was doing something. someone said to do on Youtube. So won't ever do that again!! Just had a power cut 30 mins ago. Not too good for the servers)

now my wired keyboard stopped working, so now using my laptop.
as I was just saying a minute ago, hope that v4.1 will sort out a fell problems, as I have noticed that a few Farscape episodes aren;t showing even though I have re-done the filepaths in My Movies.
Might check at some movies later/tomorrow and see it they're ok.

I think you sent me a couple screenshots. I'm not sure if you were showing me everything is good, or if you were showing a problem.

That's concerning, as I haven't made any changes that would affect episodes showing up, so I don't think v4.1 will fix that. I would like to take a look and see what is going on. In the screenshot I see Farscape Season 1 Episode 5 is the episode you are saying is missing. In the CCC export log, I see S1 E5 export.

I have spent about 4 hours this morning recreating your data for Farscape as accurately as I can. I used your screenshots and log data to replicate every last detail, even down to the folder structure and naming of your ISO files. Here's my Farscape collection in My Movies:
I did all this because I was wondering if there might be a bug in CCC or CMC that is only affecting very unique data configuration such as you have. To be clear, your data for Farscape is NOT entered correctly. I detailed this in an earlier post and gave you step by step instructions on how to fix it.
But for the sake of testing your scenario, I replicated your bad data, just to see if it broke anything.
Here's my CCC log output for doing a Full Export for "Farscape". You can do a line-by-line comparison to the log file you sent me, and you will see that it is essentially the same:
As you can see below, everything is working perfectly. All 5 seasons of Farscape are showing:
All 22 episodes of Seasons 1-4 are showing:
And both episodes of The Peace Wars are showing:
There is still the possibility that I fixed something in CMC+CCC v4.1 - we won't know until you upgrade in a few days. But I still think this is unlikely.
Next Steps:
The only other thing I can think of is that perhaps your CMC PC is not connecting to CCC, and is showing old data. In CMC, please open Settings and send me a screenshot of the CCC settings, like this:
There's also one more thing I need you to do for me in CMC:
1) Settings > Startup & Logging Options > Debug Logging <--ENABLE
2) Select any movie at random, and press * twice
3) Turn off Debug Logging
4) ZIP and email the file that was created in the CMC program directory: CMC_MovieDB.XML <--NOTE the XML, not BIN

There is still the possibility that I fixed something in CMC+CCC v4.1 - we won't know until you upgrade in a few days. But I still think this is unlikely.
Next Steps:
The only other thing I can think of is that perhaps your CMC PC is not connecting to CCC, and is showing old data. In CMC, please open Settings and send me a screenshot of the CCC settings, like this:

There's also one more thing I need you to do for me in CMC:
1) Settings > Startup & Logging Options > Debug Logging <--ENABLE
2) Select any movie at random, and press * twice
3) Turn off Debug Logging
4) ZIP and email the file that was created in the CMC program directory: CMC_MovieDB.XML <--NOTE the XML, not BIN

Re: [RESOLVED] Missing titles and tv series
Just following up here, as ricardo8369 and I have been communicating via email and resolved this offline.
After some analysis, I was able to determine that the missing episodes were present in CCC, and only missing in CMC. I suggested that he do a Full Sync in CMC, and that resolved the issue.
The good news is that CCC has made it possible for ricardo8369 to see all his titles in CMC, and he should be in good shape from here on out.
