[RESOLVED] External Links V4

I have been trying to add/update my external links and I can get to them. But when I try to select the option (url's for example) it doesn't open unless I hit enter. Then it shows the options, but wont allow me to arrow over and select.

After hitting Enter/OK, the list opens to the right. Don't arrow Right, arrow Down/Up.

You can also use a mouse/touch.
