Hi Paul, I've found some titles not showing up, about 14.

Okay, I need more to go on.

Are you using CCC or CME or mymovies.xml?

Are these recent new titles, or random age?

Are the titles in My Movies?

They're old titles, and yes they're all in My Movies.dk
Yes I use CCC too

First Step is to do hotkey CTRL+E in CMC, which removes all filters to "Show Everything". Check if the missing titles are now showing.

If not, second step is to go into CMC Settings > Chameleon CentralController and look at the "Last Sync with CCC" datestamp - is it current? If not, do the "Test CCC Connectivity" option there, and make sure it is connecting. Then do a Full Sync.

Are the titles showing now? If not, then go to CCC and do a Full Export. Once that finishes, go into CMC and it should auto-Full Sync. Are your titles showing now?

well nothing worked

I don't know what that means. I'm happy to help, but you're going to have to write more than "nothing worked".

For example, what was the date of the Last Sync? What happened when you did the "Test CCC Connectivity"?

I can't see what you're seeing, so you have to tell me what you see when you follow the steps I provide.

I did everything you said and the last sync was today and all the tests passed with no problem.

I have mentioned before that I'm dyslexic and that not everyone is a computer programmer.

1. Are you using the User Accounts feature in CCC?

2. Are you using the Movie Collections feature in My Movies, and if so, are these 14 movies assigned to a Movie Collection?

3. Are these 14 movies part of Box Sets?

4. Is the Media Type option set to "Show All Media Types" in CMC?

5. What are the names of some of the missing movies?

6. Please ZIP and send me the "Logs\CCC Export.log" from the Chameleon CentralController directory.

Letters to Juliet Now Showing only in Show All Media Types
My Bollywood Bride Now Showing only in Show All Media Types
Star Wars II Attack of the Clones Now Showing only in Show All Media Types
Star Wars I The Phantom Menace Now Showing only in Show All Media Types

I had found a couple that get completely deleted in My Movies, not know how or why like, Stars Wars III Revenge of the Sith
