I think the problem is that these are not defined as Movies in My Movies.

In CMC, try switching to each of the Media Types and see which one they show in: TV Series, Music, Documentaries, Other, or Collections. I'm expecting they will show in Other.

The problem will be one of two things. The Media Type in My Movies may simply be set to 'Other' or one of the many non-Movie designations.

Or there is some bad data in My Movies, and even though it is set to Media Type Movie, CCC is changing it to Other as a quick-fix to force the bad data to export.

If this is happening, then it will be logged in CCC. You can type the movie name into the text box in CCC and then run a Full Export (this is a special feature that will do a Full Export of just the matching title, but in an append mode rather than wiping out the local CCC movie DB and starting from scratch).

The log output should show any error condition and the override to Other if this is happening. You can post the log output here and I can help diagnose.

Double-check and see if they are showing in "Show Movies" now, since you have them showing in "Show All Media Types" and they don't show in the others.

I checked one of the titles, "Catch and Release", and the Media Type is set to "NotSet". This tells me that the Media Type value isn't set at all in My Movies, not even set to Other. In My Movies it will have "<Not Set>" selected. You need to fix this:


<Not Set> titles will only show when viewing "Show All Media Types" in CMC, which is exactly what you have discovered.

Why didn't I see/notice that earlier? Guess I look too quickly? All are now showing. Cheers Paul
