Sometimes the window about the Netshare comes on, sometimes if doesn’t, only on here (Windows 11)

The NetShare window is part of CCC. When CCC runs, it checks if the CCC artwork folder has been shared on the network, and if it has not, then this prompt shows up. You didn't say what you're clicking, but you need to click Yes or OK or Proceed (whatever the button says) and also approve the Windows UAC prompt that shows up too. If you skip this step, then it reappears every time you run CCC.

Not sharing the artwork folder could also be the reason you're having blank screen issues in CMC. If the CCC artwork isn't shared, then CMC can't access it for display.

What is your general network setup? Which PC's are running My Movies, which are running CCC, and which are running CMC?

Also, what is your screen resolution? Looks really low.

The network folder doesn’t always show, as I had mentioned earlier and it doesn’t show first either. The interface of CMC shows first as it covers the whole screen even with the thick black frame, as I can’t see anything under it. The only way I can close it is by pressing Ctrl/Alt & Delete then task manager.
The Pc is running My Movies which is also running CMC and CCC, only one pc running. Everything is running exactly the same way I have running on Windows 10, even the way the interface of CMC and how CCC is running and My Movies too. I have Windows 10 on one SSD and Windows 11 on this SSD which you’re seeing now and I just swap the SSD from the same pc.
The Pc is connected to a Gigabit Switch then connected to a 15 x 6TB server, Denon Amp AVC-X8500H and a Behringer NX6000D.
It’s the monitor, as I don’t have it running permanently on either the 4K Samsung Tv or the Sony 4K projector.
That’s why the res looks low to you.

Okay, so you have a single PC all-in-one solution, with My Movies, CCC and CMC running together on the same PC.

Let me repeat, the NetShare alert window is for CCC, NOT for CMC. And you need to complete this step, you must allow it, or CCC will not work properly, and that is causing problems for CMC too.

It's easy, just start CCC and click the "Yes" button:

There will probably be a Windows User Account Control (UAC) prompt that occurs right after you click "Yes". It might be hard to notice, sometimes it is just a blinking icon on your task bar. It asks if you want to allow this program to make changes to your PC, and you must click "Yes" here too.

Then CCC will create the shared folder, and that will probably fix everything else.

Yes I have been clicking on the Yes, on the CCC Netshare but it makes no difference.
But I don’t get the Windows User Account Control (UAC) promp in the task bar. Haven’t seen it at all. Even on Windows 10 either.
I’ll put on my pc and take a screen shot of the task bar for you. Then you can see what I see. (Window 11)

Let's try it a slightly different way. First close CCC. Then right-click on CCC.exe and select "Run as Administrator". Then complete the NetShare process.

The only thing I thought to do, is to delete Everything (even the download) for think the 4th time and try again.
Guess what it works And I don’t get the Netshare window asking yes or no.
I restarted to to make sure there’s no problems afterwards and works ok.
I’m going out visiting my mother at a care home for about 4 to 5 hours and when I come back, I’ll check again, it’s all working.
