Re: CMC is not synching with CCC
Hey mikemack, sorry for the delayed response, it's been a crazy few days. Thanks for the debug log files. The first thing I noticed is that you have a SmartSync.bin file, and sure enough looking at the other debug log files I can see that folder scanning is still occurring. This is very confusing, a...

Re: CMC is not synching with CCC
I am not sure what the exact fix was but at some point after I massaged MyMovies Collection Management and reran the CCC Full Export the issue resolved itself. Yay, awesome! I also ran the Validate File Paths utility under CCC > Settings and that came back with all paths valid. I recommend doing th...

Re: CMC is not synching with CCC
Okay, just jotting some notes down as I go through everything. First, I see that MCPC (the new one) has two movie folders defined for scanning. That's probably just old going unused, since you do have CCC configured. I see CCC is configured the same on both PC's. Still, one thing that pops out at me...

Re: CMC is not synching with CCC
Enable Debug Logging (I think you already did this) on both PC's, and then close and start CMC, do a Full Sync, and send me all the log files created. Also include the CMC cfg files from both PCs. Do everything on both PC's so I can compare good vs. bad.

Updated on CMC v5 & Pinball Stuff
I'm sure many of you are curious when (or if) CMC v5 will be released. I last worked on CMC back in December, and have since been distracted with other projects (both paying work and pinball development). While I know that it might upset some CMC users that CMC development was put on hold for me to ...

Does that work for MPC-BE too? Or just MPC-HC? I know the two flavors are similar but have differences.

Re: CMC is not synching with CCC
Hey mikemack, as I mentioned in my other post (a couple minutes ago), it sounds like you are still using CMC Movie Folder Scanning, and have not properly configured CMC to use CCC.
In Settings, it's the very first menu section. Be sure it's enabled, configured, and do the two connectivity tests.

Re: CMC Scanning old server share
Hi mikemack, I gotta say I'm confused by your first post. You said you migrated to using CCC, but then show debug logs for CMC doing a folder scan. Once you enable CCC in CMC, then CMC will no longer do folder scans at all. Instead, CCC does the API export and shares the data with CMC. So if you are...

Re: Movie library is not populating
Thanks for helping out Jamie! Everything Jamie said is right. One consideration though is keeping CCC up to date with new versions. CMC takes care of updating CCC and CME as well. You can copy CCC from your HTPC onto your My Movies server (this is actually what I do) but then you have to keep it upd...

Re: Movie library is not populating
Hey mikemack, It's hard to tell from the data you provided, but I do have a theory. While CMC found "Playable Media", it did not find any MyMovies.xml (created by My Movies) or mmTitle.xml files (created by CME). So CMC keeps the result, but without the metadata doesn't know how to categor...
