I've been running Win7 for ages for my DrivePool because there was an issue with Win10 drivers for the ASMedia 1061 SiL3132 based SATA port multipler I use for my MediaSonic Proboxes years ago when Windows 10 came out.
I had an issue where DrivePool wouldn't load in Win7 after a DrivePool update so decided to go back to the Win10 OS on a drive I put aside after the above issues.
EDIT - turns out my Win7 OS SSD was failing - couldn't read sectors - that's why DrivePool failed! Didn't get errors until I attached the drive using a USB to SATA dongle. It was an ancient Kingston SSD - a bunch of those have failed out in the field, unlike my Samsung EVOs which soldier on
After updating Win10 and the ASMedia 1061 drivers the SATA ports/Probox drive issues appear to be sorted out.
I copied the CCC folder I had on the Win7 box to the same spot on the Win10 box. The DrivePool "F:" drive is exactly the same. The IP Adress of the network card is also the same. The machine name and user/password are the same.
I'm getting this message when I test the CCC
Maybe they've changed my API key? I can't seem to find it anywhere on my account - I have over 2500 points BTW.
Thanks for any help on this.

Re: Finally upgraded to Win10 - Getting API Key wrong message
Never mind, I saw the message about going into MyMovies Collection Management -> Tools -> Remote Control Server
I didn't realize the API key was something the MyMovies Windows application locally generates for your account
It's syncing now
