Re: Error 1219
Are you connecting to the server from the workstations any other way, i.e. manually or with a mapped drive or something like that? I don't know what else you might have running on your server so only you can tell me this.

Re: Error 1219
Also, from your description it wasn't exactly clear how you were testing - you need to use the buttons in CMC:

Re: Error 1219
Well, if clicking the two test buttons results in success for both tests, then this might be a timeout issue. I do have a timeout parameter in CMC you can tweak, adjust it higher to make the connection more robust. The downside to increasing it is that when CCC really is down or unreachable, the hig...

Re: Searching doesn't look inside Collections.
Hey Manni, I went ahead and split this since it really is a separate conversation. The Enabling/Disabling Collections feature you mentioned (specifically, "Use Box Sets in all Views") I believe only applies to Category Views other than the default All Categories. So in Movies, this setting...

Re: Collections not updating in CMC
A common misconception is that CCC detects changes in My Movies. The reality is that My Movies reports changes, via the API, to CCC. So CCC will query the API for a list of all titles and their most recent "Changed On" dates. There's actually several of these dates, some for global data an...

Re: [Solved] MCE Remote mapping reverting on reboot
Thanks for the insight, Jamie. Like you, I've been using a wireless keyboard/trackpad for the past 1-2 years. This is mainly because my HTPC is behind me, and I never bothered to try setting up a really long IR receiver extension. But with the advent of streaming services, I find the keyboard/trackp...

Re: [Solved] MCE Remote mapping reverting on reboot
Thanks for the driver info, I appreciate it. I don't have any NUC's, so no way to investigate this on my end. I definitely don't have these ITECIR drivers on my systems. It makes sense that the NUC, being a fully integrated micro PC, would use their own driver for any IR receivers built into the cas...

Re: [Solved] MCE Remote mapping reverting on reboot
Yeah, the code I wrote is simply to update an existing registry entry, not create it from scratch. The scenario you're experiencing is certainly not one I ever anticipated, much less programmed to handle. As much as I'd like to quarantine this off as a rare scenario, I'm now fearing this will become...
